Amrit Yoga is focused on intention for healing, going to your physical edge and using the depth of the postures for creating and circulating energy in the body. This style of yoga is unique in focus; in the 'second half' of the posture, a place of mediation and deep stillness. This is known as 'mediation in motion'. Drop ins welcome.

Taste of Therapy

Dr. Sid Wolf & Dr. Amber Wolf appear at the City of Longmont's Taste of Therapy Fairs throughout the year. This is a great opportunity to meet the Dr. Wolf's, experience 15 minutes of their special healing talents and also sample a variety of wellness practitioners. The nominal fee is $5.00 for 15 minutes treatments including: myofascial release, Body Talk, Cranial Sacral Therapy, m assage, reflexology, Reiki, Healing Touch, acupuncture, Iridology, and more. Appointments are taken at the fair on a first come basis.

CASPER HOLISTIC FAIR at the Central Wyoming Fairgrounds in Casper.
April 21 and 22, 2007
There will be over 50 practitioners and vendors (including the Dr. Wolf's!) including demonstrations of Body Talk Access (by Dr. Sid), Yoga Nidra Meditation (Dr. Amber), Yoga In Your Chair for Breast Health (Dr. Amber), Tai Chi and others. This two day event promises to be full of fun, healing and community building with our neighbors to the north.
